The exact idea of and the meaning behind this one-track promo is a bit unclear to me. This sole track seems to be part of a longer rehearsal set that was recorded in the summer of 2025, but it is also a sneak peak into what is to become the band’s first proper release, which is to be an EP that will be entitled ‘Genocidal Siege of Thorn Knights’.
Although I am not sure whether this really is a rehearsal recording, I can at least tell that this one track is at least as good as the previously released ‘Disciplines Of Gro-Goroth’ demo. The extremely rough edges of the demo have been smoothed out a little and the overall sound of this recording is much heavier, emphasizing the bulldozing guitar and the loud vocal antics of Janial Kanail – Devourer Of Humanity And Chaotic Flame (gotta love those names). So, if ‘The Abaddon Tartaro Proclamation’ is what we can expect from this upcoming EP, that fans of bands such as Proclamation, Teitanblood, Abysmal Lord, Gotthammer, Blasphemy, Beherit, Archgoat, Conqueror, old Impaled Nazarene, Goat Semen, Revenge, Primitive Warfare, Vider, Bluthammer, Naked Whipper, Goatkraft, Diocletian, Bestial Warlust, Sadistik Exekution, Impiety, Goatpenis, Nyogthaeblisz, Caveman Cult, Weregoat, Abominator, Vomitor, Deiphago, Blasphamagoatachrist and the likes are definitely in for a treat. This is a Bestial Black/Death Metal clinic.
