Everything on this demo make you think of raw blackmetal. The black front cover, the Crowleyan pentagram on the back and it seems that occultism and ancient cultures fascinate the members. But what they play is something that goes more to deathmetal. After an intro (taken from “Full Metal Jacket”) we get to hear some average death American (Florida) deathmetal. And unfortunately this is what the whole demo sounds like. Every once in a while we get to hear a Trey Azagthoth alike solo. It’s not really great nor is it really bad, let’s call it nothing special at all. But the atmosphere on this piece of deathmetal is really old school and reminds me of the late 80’s and the early 90’s. So fans of old school deathmetal should order this demo CDr (limited, hand numbered) at the bands address, I guess you will find it at their website, for just €5!!
